Led by trained facilitators, each therapeutic horticulture session offers a blend of gardening and nature-related activities designed to enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, our programme provides a nurturing environment where you can:

• Engage your senses with a guided walk through the therapeutic garden  
• Learn about the characteristic of various plants
• Engage in interesting hands-on nature-related activities
• Connect with others who share similar interests in nature and wellness

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes and covered shoes
• Water bottle
• Umbrella (just in case!)
• Mosquito repellent (optional)

Please note that this event is a conjunction with DMP25. Transport will be provided to and from Bedok Town Square (208C New Upper Changi Road, Singapore 463208) for the DMP25 Exhibition. Detailed pick-up timings and locations will be sent to all confirmed participants closer to the event date.
