Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, our programme provides a nurturing environment where you can:

• Engage your senses with a guided walk through the therapeutic garden  
• Learn about the characteristic of various plants
• Engage in interesting hands-on nature-related activities
• Connect with others who share similar interests in nature and wellness

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes and covered shoes
• Water bottle
• Umbrella (just in case!)
• Mosquito repellent (optional)

Please Note:

• We will notify successful applicants of any cancellations in advance. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the instructor may also cancel the session on-site.
