Escape the daily grind and reconnect with nature through our Therapeutic Horticulture Programme. Led by trained facilitators, each therapeutic horticulture session offers a blend of gardening and nature-related activities designed to enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, our programme provides a nurturing environment where you can:

• Engage your senses with a guided walk through the therapeutic garden  
• Learn about the characteristic of various plants
• Engage in a scented bag making activity
• Connect with others who share similar interests in nature and wellness

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes and covered shoes
• Water bottle
• Umbrella (just in case!)
• Mosquito repellent (optional)

Please note that this event is a conjunction with DMP25. Participants will be guided to and from Our Tampines Hub, Festive Walk (1 Tampines Walk, Singapore 528523) for the DMP25 Exhibition. Detailed timings and locations will be sent to all confirmed participants closer to the event date.
