Therapeutic Horticulture Programme at Telok Blangah Hill Park

Escape the daily grind and reconnect with nature through our Therapeutic Horticulture Programme. Led by trained facilitators, each therapeutic horticulture session offers a blend of gardening and nature-related activities designed to enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, our programme provides a nurturing environment where you can:

• Engage your senses with a guided walk through the therapeutic garden  
• Learn about the characteristic of various plants
• Engage in interesting hands-on nature-related activities
• Connect with others who share similar interests in nature and wellness

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes and covered shoes
• Water bottle
• Umbrella (just in case!)
• Mosquito repellent (optional)

Please Note:

• Only successful registrants will receive a confirmation email 3 days before the tour. You will be placed on our waiting list if the programme is full.
• We will notify successful applicants of any cancellations in advance. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the instructor may also cancel the session on-site.
