Description
| Description | Males and females are similar. Eyes are reddish brown on top and dark brown below. Thorax and abdomen are dark metallic blue. Wing bases have broad and distinctive deep purplish blue patches. Males have brighter purplish-blue coloured patches on wings, while females are darker in colour. |
