Description and Ethnobotany
Growth Form | An epiphyte, it has a rambling habit, climbing by means of its stems and roots. |

Stems | The stems can grow up to 5m long with internodes of up to 4.6cm and a diameter of 1 to 1.3cm. |
Flowers | The flowers are borne on long, branched racemes and range from 7 to 30cm long. Each branch can bear 15 to 50 flowers. The flower sepals and petals are yellow with a red-brown margin. The flower lip is yellow and recurved with an acute apex. The side-lobes of the lip are triangular and sub-acute to acute. The spur is bucket-shaped and slightly inflated. |
Cultivation | It is best grown under partial sun or about 70% sun and can be grown in a hanging pot or mounted on a piece of fern or tree bark. |
