    Our signature event, Gardeners’ Day Out is lined up with gardening and lifestyle activities for everyone.     Allotment Garden @ HortPark

    Looking for a space to do your gardening? To encourage a love for gardening, we are providing Allotment Gardening plots for non-commercial gardening. Each plot consists of a 2.5 x 1m raised planter bed, and can be leased for a period of 3 years.

    Need help with your plant problems? HortPark offers free Hort Clinic Consultancy Services at every Gardeners' Day Out! Bring along your plant, or even just a few photos of it for a free consultation.

    If you are unavailable on the above date, you can also write in to with a photo of your diseased plant.

    Free Plant Cuttings

    We distribute free plant cuttings every first Saturday of each month at our Visitor Services Centre. Come early to avoid disappointment.

  • Free Listings of Nurseries and Companies

    We provide free listings of nurseries and companies rendering horticulture, gardening and/or landscape design services. Please approach our Visitor Services counter at HortPark between 9 am and 6 pm daily, or email to to request for the listings.

    How do critters make their homes in the wild? Do they build nests and dig burrows? We know that birds are highly skilled in creating their nests. Learn how local critters make their cribs with different kind of materials, and get a close look at some crib specimens.
