    Gardeners' Day Out

    The next Gardeners' Day Out on 5 and 6 December 2015 will be Christmas-themed. Our signature event, Gardeners' Day Out promises an entire weekend of gardening and lifestyle activities for everyone. Favourite highlights include a Gardeners' Market, Food Bazaar, free talks and demonstrations, free garden tour of HortPark and kids' activities like storytelling and art & craft!

    Gardening Made Easy

    The upcoming edition of Gardening Made Easy on 17 October 2015 brings you through orchid hybridisation and naming. At the talk, the speaker will give an introduction of orchid hybrids as well as naming conventions. You can even learn how to check an orchid's parentage online. If you would like to go further and learn how to do the actual hybridisation as well as potting of orchids, then the workshop is for you. Register with us for the workshop by 7 October 2015.

    Free Plant Cuttings

    We distribute free plant cuttings every first Saturday of each month at our Visitor Services Centre. Come early to avoid disappointment.

    We provide free listings of nurseries and companies rendering horticulture, gardening and/or landscape design services. Please approach our Visitor Services counter at HortPark between 9 am and 6 pm daily, or email to to request for the listings.
