Malaysia’s Department of Agriculture (DOA) have accredited nurseries located in West Malaysia as part of the Malaysian Phytosanitary Certification Assurance (MPCA) scheme for export of plants and plant products to Singapore. Importers in Singapore who are engaged in commercial trade can contact these nurseries for high volume transactions. 

Imported plants sourced from MPCA nurseries will be accompanied by MPCA Packing List as an alternative to Phytosanitary Certificate. The Traveller’s allowance still applies to plants sourced from MPCA nurseries whereby MPCA Packing List is required should the quantity exceeds the limit.
