Animal Quarantine Centre (AQC)
The Animal Quarantine Centre (AQC) provides quarantine facilities and services for imported dogs and cats. These services help to ensure that exotic diseases such as rabies are not introduced into Singapore.
AQC Services and fees
AQC's accommodation and pet services will enable your pet's stay to be as comfortable as possible.
Quarantine and related charges are as follows:
- Transport charge from CAPQ/Tuas Checkpoint to AQC: S$74 per dog or cat per trip, or S$74 per consignment of small mammals per trip.
- Rabies vaccination (if required): S$65 per dog or cat.
- Quarantine fees
- Per dog or cat per day (non air-conditioned): S$16.80.
- Per dog or cat per day (air-conditioned): S$26.25.
Quarantine fees include veterinary examinations, and food for dogs and cats during the quarantine period.
AQC Field for dog walking
Fields are available for owners to walk their dogs while at AQC. Fifteen-minute slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Prior booking is not required.
