Import via Parcel Post by Hobbyist or Individual

For hobbyists or individuals interested to import plants or plant products via online platforms, the parcels/consignment need to be accompanied with a phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin and to apply for an import permit with NParks. Hobbyist or individual needs to ensure that the seller can produce a phytosanitary certificate including any corresponding additional conditions based on the commodity and country of origin as indicated in the link provided under plant health import requirements. This is to ensure that imported plants are healthy and free from plant pests to safeguard the City in Nature.
