Arts@SBG: Where the Sunflowers Grow

This is the story of Ah Ma and her beloved Sunflower.

When her Sunflower begins to wilt, Ah Ma brings it into a magical forest in search of a new home. There, the Sunflower grows tall and strong. Forest creatures gather beneath its leaves, and Ah Ma befriends the life that flourishes around it.

One day, a heavy storm sweeps through the forest, bringing change to all who live there.

Set amidst the flora and fauna of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Where the Sunflowers Grow is a non-verbal puppetry performance for children and families, offering a tender way to reflect on friendship, change, and the gentle cycles of nature.

👧👦 Suitable for children ages 5 – 10.
