Description: We are pleased to have with us Dr Chong Kwek Yan, who will share about the Gardens' Tropical Forest Ecology Research programme. Through a network of permanent plots where surveys and measurements are conducted, the findings reveal Singapore's forests in a state of continual change, shaped both by their ongoing recovery from past land use and by the increasing frequency of extreme weather events.
