Non-Compliance Application

We understand that there are situations where projects are unable to comply with our requirements at either DC and/or BP submission stages. You must then make an application for NParks’ approval for the non-compliances using the NParks' application form (NPARKS_SUBM_V01 form). NParks will evaluate the waivers on a case-by-case basis as we recognize that no project is similar. You may like to find out more about the non-compliance application procedures in the Guidelines on Greenery Provision and Tree Conservation for Developments.
